Charging Port Repair — iPhone & Android, Same Day
A phone that will not charge is a phone that does not work. We diagnose and repair charging ports for iPhone and Android devices — most repairs completed the same day.
Charging ports take a beating. Plugging and unplugging your phone dozens of times a day, carrying it in pockets with lint and debris, and the occasional rough handling all add up. When your phone stops charging reliably, the port is often the culprit.
Before replacing the port, we always check whether the issue is actually a clogged port — compressed air and a careful cleaning often solve the problem without any parts replacement. If the port is genuinely damaged, we replace it with a quality part and back the repair with our 90-day warranty.
We repair Lightning ports (older iPhones), USB-C ports (newer iPhones and most Android devices), and Micro-USB ports (older Android devices).
What We Fix
Lightning Port Replacement
iPhone 8 through iPhone 14 series use Lightning connectors. We replace damaged or worn Lightning ports.
USB-C Port Replacement
iPhone 18 and newer, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and most modern Android devices use USB-C. We replace damaged USB-C ports.
Micro-USB Port Replacement
Older Android devices using Micro-USB. We still service these.
Port Cleaning
Lint and debris packed into the port is the most common cause of charging issues. We clean ports carefully before recommending replacement.
Charging Diagnostic
Not sure if it is the port, the cable, or the battery? We diagnose the root cause before recommending any repair.
Wireless Charging Issues
If your phone supports wireless charging but it is not working, we diagnose the charging coil and related components.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if it is the port or the cable?
Try multiple cables and chargers. If none of them work, the port is likely the issue. If one cable works and another does not, the cable may be faulty. Bring it in and we will diagnose it for free.
Can you clean my charging port instead of replacing it?
Yes, and we always try cleaning first. Lint packed into the port is extremely common and often the only issue. Cleaning is free — we only recommend replacement if the port is genuinely damaged.
How long does a charging port repair take?
Most charging port repairs are completed in 45 to 90 minutes.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Charging port repair does not affect your stored data.
My phone is under Apple warranty — should I go to Apple instead?
If your phone is under AppleCare+ and the damage is covered, Apple may be the right choice. If it is out of warranty or the damage is not covered, we are typically faster and more affordable.
Does the repair come with a warranty?
Yes. Every charging port repair includes our 90-day warranty on the part and labor.
